You've created your first Rmark
You've added an Rbate Rmark to Rbate. Rmarks help you research products and other things by keeping track of the advice you've found.
When you want to buy something, go to rbate.com to search for sources of advice. Rmarks allow you to reward these advisors when you use Rbate to claim a cash rebate after a purchase.
A fast way to rate an online article or comment that displays an Rmark button
is to click or touch the text of the article or comment twice:
- If the second press is directly above the first, it will be rated very-helpful
- If the second press is to the side, it will be rated helpful
- If the second press is directly below the first, it will be rated not-helpful

You can turn auto-Rmarking off by visiting your profile on Rbate.com. Your profile also lets you open an Rbate account so your Rmarks can't get lost.
As requested, articles you visit won't automatically be added to your Rmarks.
You can still rate articles and comments by clicking their Rmark buttons, or by making the two-click/touch gesture.
You can turn auto-Rmarking on at any time by visiting your profile tab on Rbate.com. Your profile also lets you open an Rbate account so your Rmarks can't get lost.
After you've rated a webpage using an Rmark button, three buttons are shown when the Rmark button is clicked:
- EDIT lets you search, view, and edit this and your other Rmarks, including adding personal notes,
- POLICY lets you view the editorial policies of the publisher or service provider. Use this and the publisher's reputation to help you decide whether you can trust their work, and
- RATE lets you change your rating.
All done. View the Rmark you've created.
