If you can't authenticate with a six-digit one-time code

If you're unable to enter an authentication code because you can't access your current authentication device or record, or want to authenticate with a different device, please submit your username and account password below and you will be emailed a link to create a new authentication record.



If you can't provide your password, or can't access your email, please contact Rbate, stating your Rbate username.

If you've forgotten the username you registered with Rbate

Your username is the domain part of your account's email address (the part after the "@"). This will usually be the domain of your company. This should also be shown on the record you use to generate your log-in authentication codes.

If you've forgotten your password

If you enter your account's username and the current six-digit one-time password for this account you will be sent an email with a link that allows your account's password to be changed.



If you can't access your email, please contact Rbate, stating your Rbate account type and username.
